Of course you can’t be sitting there at your computer looking for these Tweets. Neither could I. So I developed my own platform that allows me to send the leads to me or to my customer automatically. Of course not everyone has access to their own platform so what I suggest is utilising something like that spreadsheet I made available above and adding Twitter links to the results page inside the spreadsheet. Monitor it hourly or at least once in the morning and again in the afternoon.
